CCM workers are exposed to thousands of disturbing images and videos per day, yet earn relatively little, while CCM practices and policies are treated like trade secrets by internet firms. Who are the people behind the screen whose decisions affect the nature of the net? Come learn about the hidden world of commercial content moderation - its industry, outcomes, and implications.
