Science Hacking Stammtisch

Community-based science hacks, from kitchen synthetic biology to DIY space exploration, bring new approaches and perspectives and are changing the role of science in society. Come and share your projects and ideas at the Science Hacking Stammtisch - an informal show and tell for scientists, developers, designers and whoever is curious or enthusiastic about science.

The monthly Berlin Science Hacking Meetup was born in early 2015, geekchild of the annual hackathon Science Hack Day Berlin. We create a space for science fans to share ideas, get creative, and hack their projects together. This Stammtisch will be a community event to share and discuss science-inspired passion projects, citizen science, diy experiments, and awesome science hacks. Maybe you’re a scientist who wants to share some discoveries and science love, a developer curious to escape the boundaries of your code, a designer taking inspiration from other perspectives on the world, a maker building crazy projects in their basement or local hackerspace, or just your classic all-rounder enthusiastic renaissance type - this is for you!
