kaa is a Berlin-based organisational developer, speaker and artist. Trained as an integrative group therapist and systemic meta-consultant, they work in the field of transformative learning for sustainable futures. kaa co-founded “fraendi”, a multidisciplinary transformation agency walking alongside leaders in these times of multiple crises. kaa’s focus is on helping to understand the complexity of what is going on and from there find regenerative pathways to embark on collaboratively. They hold a deep and diverse methodological expertise and combine different participatory approaches, art and visualisation. Being highly talented and multi-professional, they are developing a body of knowledge and practice around “The Art of Understanding”.
