Anisia Petcu has studied Literature in Bucharest and then Cultural Studies and Project Management in Berlin. She has previously worked as a lecturer at Humboldt University and a social worker in Neukölln, Berlin. She is currently the Programme Project Manager for Berlin Science Week.
She is interested in diversity and inclusion, the democratization of knowledge, and believes we all have a responsibility to make knowledge as accessible as possible. She believes dialogue and debate are crucial for fair exchange, and that we should take active steps to widen the group of people who have access to and feel entitled to participate in such debates.
