Johannes Lukas Gartner

Johannes is an independent strategy consultant, facilitator, and coach who supports leaders and teams in building cultures rooted in relational intelligence and psychological care. Until 2022, he served as International Director of Strategy & Organizational Development at Humanity in Action, a leadership development organization where he acted as the Advisor of the CEO and remains a Senior Fellow. Johannes co-founded and co-directed the Landecker Democracy Fellowship in collaboration with the Alfred Landecker Foundation. He works closely with leaders, teams, and groups from a broad spectrum of identities and experiences across industries. Johannes is an alumnus of King’s College London, Humboldt University Berlin, and Johns Hopkins University. He is certified in systemic transformational design, ontological coaching, as well as the Google-born Search Inside Yourself emotional intelligence leadership program. He partners with philanthropists, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, foundations, and universities globally.
