Wandia Nduku's poetry entwines heartfelt love letters to their community with blistering outpourings of rage at injustice and ignorance.

As a queer Black non-binary artist, Wandia speaks from a place of being misunderstood, mistreated and misplaced. Their spoken word performance bitterly critiques and joyously celebrates being Black in white places, hold space for their queer siblings, and gives voice to extremely personal yet widely shared emotions and experiences.
