If it is true that problems can’t be solved at the level at which they were created, then… What does it take to get to places where they can be solved? Systemic change doesn’t mean to change the parts, but to weave underlying patterns and relationships that make a difference and give rise to unprecedented and yet unknown solutions.
The Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework represents 5 dimensions with 23 skills and qualities which are crucial for leaders who address the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), and for all of us! It is the greatest possible accelerator to co-create a prosperous future for humanity. This framework of transformative skills for a sustainable development comes with a field-kit on how to develop these competencies and is open source and free for all to use. It has been developed by a team of international researchers after an extensive outreach consultation.
We are a collective, contributing to the IDG initiative and will give a concise overview of the IDG movement and its origins. We will guide you through a holistic experience with diverse ”innervention” methodologies derived from the IDG toolkit. You will leave the workshop with an idea of how this framework and its practices can contribute to pathways into desirable futures. And in case you are as excited as we are, we will be happy to welcome you on board of the IDG movement!
