Mental health deserves the same attention as physical health, yet attitudes towards it differ widely across generations. My talk, "Mind Matters: Bridging Generational Attitudes to Make Mental Health a Daily Wellness Priority," examines how Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z view mental health and how these perspectives shape behaviours. Gen X often values stoicism, Millennials navigate burnout culture, and Gen Z promotes openness but faces digital-age stressors.

Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and immersive technologies, I’ll explore how mindfulness, acceptance of thoughts & emotions, and identifying personal values can foster mental well-being. By combining analogue practices with digital tools like VR, I’ll present strategies to make mental health care an engaging, lifelong practice.

Through interactive dialogue and mindfulness exercises, we’ll co-create practical approaches to integrate mental wellness into daily routines. Together, we’ll bridge generational gaps, foster resilience, and build a shared culture towards better accessibility and attitude towards mental health.
