Giulio, 17, is the founder behind ReChess (blockbaytoys), a groundbreaking project dedicated to modernizing the centuries-old game of chess. By introducing creative 3D-printed pieces and a refreshed approach, he and his team have already been named Germany’s Best Student Company, collaborating with major chess clubs to bring the game to new audiences. International recognition soon followed, including awards for project management and Best Leadership at Europe’s top entrepreneurship festival.

Giulio’s passion lies in challenging the status quo—whether it’s as an advocate for entrepreneurial education or within bold youth initiatives. He actively mentors other student-led ventures through Junior Achievement and has spoken at events like Circular Valley and in the NRW State Parliament, championing a culture of fearless innovation.

Currently part of Harvard Ventures’ Technology & Entrepreneurship Program, he’s gearing up to support a leading Silicon Valley startup, determined to push the boundaries of what young students can achieve.
