Bianca Herlo

Bianca is a researcher and lecturer based in Berlin. She is head of the research group "Inequality and Digital Sovereignty" at the Weizenbaum Institute / Berlin University of the Arts. In her research, she examines the conditions for participation in the digital transformation and aimes at a critical conceptualization of Civic and Social Design.
