Ivy Kabura Nganga is a technology researcher and writer currently based in Berlin. She is a Federal Chancellor Fellow for 2025 exploring the education-to-employment transition for young people in African mega cities, with support from the Fraunhofer's Center for Responsible Research and Innovation (CeRRI), Institute for Human Factors Research (IAO), and the University of Stuttgart. 

Her previous work includes advisory services to clients such as the UN Foundation, the Western Cape Government, and the Africa Private Capital Group.
