On all three days of re:publica 22, our special Get a Job! invites you to meet innovative employers and discuss the latest and most exciting topics in the world of work together. The Get a Job area is located directly next to the Main Stage in the Arena Hall.
Inform. Participate. Meet. Network.
This year, five companies will present themselves as employers in various formats. At Get a Job! we create a space for eye-to-eye encounters and exchanges in a relaxed atmosphere.
On our job board you can find all advertised positions. Take part in the company presentations and register for a personal meeting.

You're not currently looking for a job, but you're interested in topics related to the world of work?
Then come along and discuss with us. During our coffee chats, we will shed light on existing application processes and career prospects in the digital industry. In our workshops, you can learn how to conduct salary negotiations at eye level or find out which skills you can bring with you, strengthen and use better in the future. You can find an overview of all formats in the programme plan.
We will be supported by Flipped Job Market in the Get a Job Area: The experts for job matching will network and advise on questions about skills, networking, the future of work, new work, reorientation, finding skilled workers, etc. They have their own innovative method with them, with which they turn "classics" such as job interviews and CVs completely upside down.
In our Get a Job area, you can also try out various communicative games, such as "Code Names" or "Concept". Mindspace will provide us with comfortable furniture from their coworking spaces for a relaxed living room atmosphere.
