We’re here to help serendipity on its way — in the world of work that’s ironically stuck with both job hunters and a shortage of skilled workers. Flipped Job Market stands for a fair working world in which the many important tasks out there are done gladly (and therefore, also done well). We develop formats and methods, advise, moderate, coach, and provide opportunities to network.

This year, we are once again bringing our expertise to the "Get a Job" area at re:publica. For a new and refreshing perspective on the world of work.

At our Get a Job! stand you can meet our FJM experts and exciting partner organisations. We invite you to chat with them, with eachother and with us — about contemporary job searching and recruiting, about new work and good cooperation, about salary negotiations and, of course, about our public sector project "MfG - Mit freundlichen Grüßen" [kind regards].
