While innovations - be it new technologies, more efficient processes or smarter systems - accelerate developments, one crucial question is missing: When will we give our humanity a real upgrade? How will it be perceived as a competence?
At #rp25, author and expert on empathic leadership Lunia Hara will show why empathy is not a nice-to-have in the corporate world, but a force that shapes organizations and changes societies. And why it takes people who are courageous enough to do the right thing - even when no one is looking.
Lunia Hara is an expert in empathic leadership and a driving force for modern leadership, diversity and cultural change. As Director Project Management at diconium, a subsidiary of VW, she leads a diverse team herself. She also acts as a sparring partner for management teams and executives. Lunia Hara also writes regularly as a columnist for SPIEGEL and shares practical experience as a speaker. Her book “Empathic Leadership” will be published on May 1, 2025.
Lunia Hara's session is part of the ‘re:claim Business’ programme special on business topics at #rp25.
