42 schools use a peer2peer & gamified methodology to develop advanced coding skills. These schools provide one of the most rigorous software engineering approaches in the world whilst managing to maintain a 42/58 gender split ratio amongst their students. You will hear a story of how accessibility and stepping out of the standardised approach to schooling, education and recruiting can change the future of tech.
