Studio HILO

Natalija Krasnoperova is a Design Thinking expert, innovation coach and co-founder of Studio HILO in Berlin. As an agile coach, moderator and UX designer she is specialized in establishing human-centered design within organizations. She teaches Design Thinking and works as an international consultant for non-profit and DAX-listed companies. At Studio HILO, she applies human-centered innovation to train designers and educators for a future in sustainable textile manufacturing. Studio HILO has developed multiple open-source technologies, an open-source spinning machine and textile recycling machine amongst others, for a more circular and participatory textile industry.
