Sandra Subel
Head of Diversity and Inclusion
Sandra Subel is an experienced and passionate change maker. On July 1, 2020, she started her tenure as the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Axel Springer.
Before joining Axel Springer in October 2019, she worked for Accenture in the fields of innovation and change management.
Sandra believes that education is one of the most powerful gifts that people can receive or give. She coaches and mentors junior members of her professional network. As a way of giving back, she organizes free workshops, speaks at conferences, volunteers as a facilitator during meetups, and writes a blog.
She holds various university degrees including an Executive MBA from the Poznań University of Economics and Business and Georgia State University.
