Pascal moves between tech, behavior, and society—on festival stages, in nightclubs, and wherever real conversations need to happen.

A moderator, creator, and community strategist, he’s hosted events like re:publica, ETH Berlin, BREW, and Future of Festivals, and appeared on podcasts and panels under the name Balu C Pascal.

His background spans behavioral science (studied in Maastricht, London, Santa Barbara, Mumbai), educational leadership (Teach First, school leadership at ESBZ), and cultural production—from founding the Bildungsfestival and Queer It Up Maastricht to co-creating the nightlife collective Nipple Liberation Army and the new queer ritual series Nest at Kater Blau.

Driven by ADHD and guided by curiosity, Pascal combines big-picture thinking with deep dives—bridging scenes, disciplines, and identities.
