TRANSCENDING BOUNDARIES. Visions of the Postdigital

In a world shaped by technologies such as XR and AI, questions arise anew about the meaning and impact of digital media. The artists of the medienkunstverein (media art association)(mkv) critically examine the technological nature of the post digital and explore its potential. In their works, the boundaries between human and machine, past and future, material and immaterial blur and transcend. They envision a time when technologies not only serve as tools but also become mediums of freedom, opening up possibilities for shaping our reality. Through them, new speculative approaches can be tested, offering immersive visual worlds and immense visualization possibilities that allow for a new and contemporary perspective on different topics of our time.
