Sandra Mamitzsch she/her

Sandra Mamitzsch is a Berlin based financial & political consultant and activist. She is curating re:publica since 2011 and works as Executive Director for the Global Innovation Gathering, overseeing finances, HR, strategy, operations, and various mostly EU funded projects for a vibrant community of 250+ change makers from 50+ countries. From 2012-2017 she was program director at re:publica – co-creating some of the beauty and impact that's still present today – and a project manager and consultant at newthinking communications, advising on digital media and communication strategies, media and internet policy and creative industries. In her free time, she is an active member of the non-profit organizations “European Digital Rights” (EDRi) and “Digitale Gesellschaft” and co-shapes a housing cooperative with 100 people near Berlin.
