Victoria Wenzelmann is an anthropologist, systems thinker, and research associate at the New Production Institute. Her work connects open hardware, distributed manufacturing, and humanitarian innovation. She has co-developed mobile makerspaces as part of the Tolocar project in Ukraine and with Platform Africa in Uganda. Victoria has advised NGOs, start-ups, established companies, and international organizations in building ecosystems for social and technological innovation. Victoria is a director at ICEBauhaus, a member of the Fab City Collective and of GIG the Global Innovation Gathering.
Currently, she is most excited about collaborating with WAKOMA, r0g_agency for open culture and critical transformation, CADUS, and other resilience networks and civic preparedness initiatives that bridge open fabrication, communication, and digital-physical infrastructure design - in solidarity.
