As founder and CEO of the online education platform XU, I am focusing on the three future competencies: digitalization, e-mobility and sustainability. My passion for economy and education comes together at XU with what drives me: people. Particularly how we succeed in qualifying today's employees in the jobs and skills of tomorrow.

A true heartfelt commitment for me is the encouragement and education of up-and-coming talents. That's why I co-initiated the XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences - Germany's first state-recognized university whose degree programs are continuously aligned with the developments in digitization and new technologies.
