Tessa Hart {sie/they} ist Kulturmacher!n & Kulturwand(l)er!n im Performance, Film & soziokulturellen Bereich und hat bisher in Berlin, Brüssel und London gelebt. Derzeit ist Tessa die Leitung von AfroPolitan Berlin, Künstlerische Leitung vom transkulturellen Kollektiv Goblin Baby Co., Teil des Auswahlgremiums vom Filmfestival Max Ophüls Preis und Teil der IKARUS Nominierungsjury (Kinder- & Jugendtheaterpreis). Ebenso war und ist Tessa künstlerisch bis organisatorisch tätig für zahlreiche Performance-, Film- & Kulturprojekte und hat das Bread & Roses Theatre in London mitbegründet sowie sieben Jahre mitgeleitet. Als Autor!n u.a. Beiträge zu Schwarz wird großgeschrieben, Sisters & Souls 2, Hear Me Now - Audition Monologues for Actors of Colour, Online Magazin Rosa-Mag, sowie Theaterstücke. Themen, die Tessa aktuell besonders bewegen sind nachhaltiger Kulturwandel, Chancengleichheit, Partizipation, Empowerment, Intersektionalität, Macht- und Diskriminierungs-Kritik, Queerness, Schwarze Identitäten & Communitys, Neurodiversität, Trauma-Transformation, Selbstkraft & Authentizität.

Tessa Hart {they/she} is a Culture & Change Maker in performance, film & socio-cultural fields, who has lived in Berlin, Brussels and London. Currently Tessa is the Director of AfroPolitan Berlin, Artistic Director of the transcultural collective Goblin Baby Co., part of the selection committee of the Max Ophüls Preis film festival and part of the IKARUS Nomination Jury (Children & Youth Theatre Award). Tessa has also worked artistically and organisationally for numerous performance, film and cultural projects as well as co-founded The Bread & Roses Theatre in London, and serving as its Co-Director for seven years. As an author, Tessa has contributed to Schwarz wird großgeschrieben, Sisters & Souls 2, Hear Me Now - Audition Monologues for Actors of Colour, the online magazine Rosa-Mag, and several theatre plays. Topics that Tessa particularly engages with right now are sustainable cultural change, equal opportunities, participation, empowerment, intersectionality, power- and discrimination-criticism, queerness, Black identities & communities, neurodiversity, trauma-transformation, personal power & potential as well as authenticity.
