Liwen Qin

Liwen is a podcaster, journalist and consultant based in Berlin.

She is co-hosting the "Sea of Change" podcast (http://seaofchange.net) with Angela Köckritz, a German journalist and author.

She has another feminist podcast "Seahorse Planet" (http://seahorseplanet.net), which is one of the most popular Chinese feminist podcasts. 

Liwen was the Founder and CEO of Trends Eurasia, a business consultancy company focusing on digitalization. She was the researcher of the Mercator Institute of China Studies and Senior Analyst for the International Crisis Group before that. In her 3 decades of media experience, she has served as the News Director of sohu.com, a NASDAQ-listed internet media company and Modern Media Group, China, and has been contributing columns for numerous Chinese, American and German media.
