Hélène holds a bachelor's degree in telecommunications and networks, as well as a master's degree in IoT-embedded computing systems from the University of Rwanda. She works at a full development agency group as a tech trainer and tech project manager, where she oversees the implementation of innovative tech solutions. Additionally, she is the founder of Hoktech Co., a startup focused on integrating AI and IoT technologies to address challenges in agriculture and waste management. Hélène is dedicated to leveraging technology for sustainable development in Africa
