Rim Melake

Rim Melake is part of SUPERRR Lab, an independent non-profit organization working to ensure that our digital futures become more just and feminist.

She works in the World Bank's Digital Transformation Unit, focusing on digital and financial inclusion, gender equality, and digital development initiatives. With a passion for participatory approaches, Rim brings deep experience as a certified design thinker and facilitator, applying human-centered methodologies to program design and dynamic workshop formats. She is the co-producer and host of the Spotify Original Podcast 'Para für Alle' where she explores how inequalities shape our relationship to money.
