We’re not offering MIL activities. We’re offering emotions, networking with the peers, phantasy and sprinkle it all with MIL.
This is our approach when we're developing new educational products: board games, quizzes, escape room, fact-checking game inspired by D&D.

What is the benefit of gamification?
Motivation and attention which brings better learning and remembering. And of course we all love playing.

Why to gamify the educational content?
Thus you can break down and make digestible complicated educational material, boost and maintain the interest through emotions and connect people to each other and to the topic.

And this leads to…diversity.  Diversity of possible games, approaches and scenarios that always need to be tailored for specific needs.

At this IdeaLab the participants will ideate some interactive formats and will think how they can gamify their approach. After this Lab they will take away come ideas they will be able to implement.
Bonus: we'll showcase some of the games DW Akademie has developed (board game "Media busters" and fact-checking game inspired by D&D "In search of truth") and play together.

Come for the fun and stay for the  learning!
