Regardless of your age, gender, and experience, presentations, like taxes and death, are a certainty of life. They are also a curse. They do not make people happy. Public speaking and presentations are the number one fear of Germans, according to Statista. They stress us, cause sleepless nights, and, in some cases, make us sick.
