Hands On

Our session will showcase a series of projects and case studies derived from our experiences in Berlin, shedding light on practical examples of how individuals and communities can embrace Degrowth principles – discussing both its potential and barriers.

Based on the model "Four Ways of Transformation", we will engage participants in an interactive session that encourages collective exploration of how these principles can be adapted and integrated into their own practices. Through collaborative exchange, we aim to identify common themes, challenges, and innovative solutions that can contribute to broadening the Degrowth movement.

By the end of our workshop, participants will gain practical insights into the ways in which self-organized neighborhoods can actively contribute to the Degrowth agenda. This session aims to inspire attendees to embrace its principles in their own communities, fostering a network of resilient, sustainable, and interconnected neighborhoods.
