Linn is a learning & development consultant, international educator, and facilitator.

With over a decade of global education leadership—as Assistant Director at New York University Berlin and Deputy Head of College at Mahindra United World College of India—Linn has driven successful programs for students from 90+ countries, supported faculty innovation for hybrid learning, and led diverse teams through major transitions.

As an L&D consultant, she partners with organizations across sectors to strengthen leadership, strategy, and learning agility. Her PhD research on global curriculum development anchors projects at the intersections of AI and digital literacy, relational leadership, organizational design, and generational change.

Linn's passion for exploring how we learn and find meaning extends to the end of life as well: She is also a certified death doula.
