Witness Shangali, as an Education Coordinator at Twende in Tanzania. I'm passionate about empowering communities through social innovation and education, fostering a love for learning and building a better future. in 2022, i designed the Ugali Maker machine, which significantly improves the efficiency and accessibility of preparing this staple food in Tanzania as it's mostly being consumed in schools and they prepare a large quantity for about 500 and above students.
