Andreas Hänisch

Andreas is currently Deputy Chairman of the TikTok works council in Berlin. The works council has been in place since October 2022 and looks after the interests of more than 400 colleagues in Berlin. One focus is on the working conditions of in-house content moderators.
Before joining TikTok in 2019, he worked at Spotify for four years.
