Debora Maboya serves as the Head of Operations and Programs at Tai Tanzania, where she has led transformative initiatives to empower adolescent girls and young women, including those with disabilities. As the Project Lead for Oky Tanzania, an innovative digital tool designed to help girls manage their menstrual health, Debora has played a pivotal role in not only developing digital skills tools but also delivering comprehensive digital training to girls in her community. Her work ensures that these young women are equipped to navigate and thrive in an increasingly digital world.

With over seven years of experience advocating for the rights of adolescent girls and young women, Debora has developed impactful strategies and content that promote social inclusion and equal opportunities. Her unwavering dedication to creating innovative and sustainable solutions has established her as a driving force in improving education access and empowering marginalized communities.
