Fatma Deniz

Prof. Dr. Fatma Deniz is a leading neuroscientist and computer scientist whose research bridges neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and data science. She uses advanced machine learning and brain imaging techniques to investigate how complex information is encoded in the brain during natural language, and what insights this offers for the explainability of artificial intelligence systems. She is currently a Full Professor in Computer Science at the Technische Universität Berlin and Vice President for Digitalization and Sustainability.
