Christoffer is a policy advisor on human rights in the digital age and weapons export control at Amnesty International.
He has worked as an open-source researcher with the cutting-edge investigations agency Forensis/Forensic Architecture and conducted research on data usage for the UN Department of Peace Operations. As a Democracy Fellow at Humanity in Action, he investigated the use of AI and biometric data in border systems. From 2012 to 2023, he served as the artistic director of the award-winning Fuchsbau Festival for experimental arts and politics.
Christoffer holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Humboldt University, Berlin, and studied Politics and Arts at New York University and Sciences Po Paris.
