Brigitta has been a manager and facilitator working globally for international cooperation for more than two decades. She was based for six years in Latinamerica as a regional director and in charge of leadership development within the Corporate Academy of GIZ. She has led interdisciplinary teams and complex processes. In her 2020 sabbatical she developed a profile, calling herself a "digital confluencer". Brigitta was part of different digital projects to boost leadership and digital skills. She co-founded a Virtual Academy for Latinamerica and the brand "leading digital".

During the pandemic she volunteered on a farm in the Southtyrolean Alps, fell in love and stayed for two years. On the mountain she developed an identity as part time farmer and adviser for a "rurban" innovation hub called "Basis Vinschgau/Venosta", which is thriving in a former military barrack. Combining this, her remote work as facilitator in the field of leadership and organizational development with the traditional norms and values on a dairy farm, was a thrilling, yet tough experience. In 2022 she piloted successfully the idea of "COWorking" on the farm, delivering a Leadership Journey, bringing the Berlin Change Days Festival to the alps and launching the coWorkation Val Venosta together with a B&B and the Basis team.

In 2023 she is confluencing together with the Basis and other partners around the Inner Development Goals (IDG), because outer change towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) needs inner transformation.
