The Role of Technology Towards Net Zero Futures

In order to address the climate crisis and save our planet, change is necessary, on all levels of our society. Businesses and organisations play a vital role to achieve those required changes; a goal commonly cited to get us there is that of a future of carbon neutrality, or in short net zero. One major challenge is that oftentimes other goals compete with net zero, such as unsustainable growth of an organisation or the hunt for profit and revenue to satisfy shareholders. In this meet-up, we invite the community to come together, share stories of experiences related to net zero, highlight challenges and opportunities, and discuss what role technology can play to help achieve net zero futures.
