Bernadette Seehafer

Bernadette Seehafer's research focuses on anti-money laundering in law and legal policy. The focus of her recent research is the use of BDAI (Big Data Artificial Intelligence) in the fight against money laundering. In particular, she analyses the tension between data protection on the one hand and the importance of combating money laundering and corruption for the creation and preservation of democracies and the rule of law on the other hand.
