Martin A. Ciesielski

Martin arbeitete für deutsche und amerikanische Banken und IT-Unternehmen. Er hat 25 Jahre Erfahrung als Organisations- und -kulturentwickler, arbeitet als Improvisationskünstler, Berater und Coach. Improvisationstheater bringt er aktuell mit dem Format #soloprobe auf die Bühne.
Geboren und aufgewachsen ist er im idyllischen (West-)Berlin-Neukölln.

Martin has worked for German and American banks and IT companies. He has 25 years of experience as an organizational and cultural developer and works as an improv artist, consultant and coach. He is currently bringing improvisational theater to the stage with the #soloprobe format.
