Stipendist and member of Ashoka – international network of social entrepreneurs. “Systemic risks” is becoming a key concept in technology policy, not least in the EU Digital Services Act. But the term comes with much uncertainty. To seek clarity, we present and analyze crowdsourced ideas of systemic risks and mitigations, and seek your input to expand these perspectives.
