Lisa Völzmann is a PhD student at the University of Oxford researching governmental data access rights. She is a law graduate from Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and studied law and computer science at University College Dublin. Lisa worked for the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society (the German Internet Institute), Technische Universität Berlin, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a co-author of a paper on data altruism and policy papers on European and German Data Strategy.
