re:publica 25
26th-28th May 2025
STATION Berlin
You have set a new record this year: Over 1,350 ideas were submitted to the Call for Participation for #rp24. A thousand thanks to everyone who took part! The evaluation is in full swing – and as always, our great track teams are supporting us.
How is the #rp24 festival programme created?
The re:publica programme team reviews and evaluates every single submission. To ensure a broad perspective on the submitted topics and contributions, it is supported by the track teams - selected representatives from the community, loyal friends of re:publica and experts in their field as well as returning speakers.
A separate track team is formed for each of our topic tracks to deal with the respective submissions - always in close cooperation with the #rp24 programme team. During the evaluation phase, the track teams and the re:publica programme team read all submissions, discuss them and vote on the most suitable contributions. In analogue and digital meetings, the ideas are evaluated, trends and focal points are identified and gaps are discovered, which the programme team curates if necessary. The assessments and recommendations of the track teams are taken into account and incorporated into the curation process.
What’s next?
A little patience is still required - because this evaluation process takes some time! We will let you know around mid March whether your sessions have been accepted. In the meantime, you can find some impressions of the evaluation meetings and find out more about the members of the track teams on our social media channels.
Many thanks to this year's track teams for their valuable support, commitment, knowledge and time!
